    Stuck in a sofa

    999: Hello which emergency service do you require?
    Me: Um, well I am not really sure, most likely the fire brigade. You see my friend is stuck in a sofa. She has been there for over two hours and we just cant get her out. We've tried everything.
    999: I'm not sure I heard you correctly. Did you say your friend was stuck in a sofa?
    Me: Yes. She put both her hands down the back of it to try and retrieve her mobile phone and now both her hands are stuck in there and her arms are turning blue. We've tried buttering up her arms but they just wont come out!
    999: (Laughing) OK maam, what's the address, we'll send someone over.
